It is with heavy hearts that we share that Kim (Kimmie to many) suddenly passed away on Monday, November 25. She was an amazing mother, wife, daughter and friend. Her girls were her entire world!
Letters Kim cherished from her daughters during their Senior year
As my first teachers, you not only taught me skills such as how to talk and read or how to semi-ride a bike, but the important life lessons that I will always carry through life. You put up with me and supported me my entire life and I am so lucky to have you as my parents. I have become the person I am today because of your dedication and love for me.
You are my best friend. You are the person I can go to with anything and I will always look up to you with love and admiration. You are my role model and I aspire to one day be as good of a mom as you are. I wish there was more that I could say to express my gratitude for the sacrifices you’ve made and will continue to make for me. I love you!
Ah yes, your favorite child is graduating High School. Sorry for being the biggest pain and not listening and being mean in my “teen” moods. But through it all, you never gave up on me. Thank you for being proud of me when I wasn’t proud of myself. Thank you for being accepting of my flaws. Thank you for helping me get this far. I couldn’t have done it without you. Love you so much Kimmie! And I can’t picture my days without you walking through the door with your high-pitched voice saying “HELLOOO”! Love you more than words can say, and I am thankful for everything you’ve done for me!
Kim’s smile lit up any room she entered. She had such a generous beautiful soul. To say she will be missed is an understatement.
Please consider helping Kim’s loved ones through this difficult time. Donations will go directly to Kim’s daughters to help defray College expenses.
